The arch is obtained through the surface net forming in the die cavity without processing, and the surface of the aluminum coating is uniform. For the medium and small power IGBT module, Al2O3 and other ceramic DBC can be used to design a plane type AlSiC substrate with its thermal expansion, without prefabricated arch, and the process cost can be greatly reduced.
